Availability

When looking to place an order, please check our availability calendar for your preferred date. The calendar is live and is updated regularly, available dates can change on a daily basis so please book in as far in advance as possible to avoid any disappointment. Celebration bookings can save their date up to a year in advance, Weddings and other large events can book in up to two years in advance.

In our calendar, 'Limited Availability' means we only have one or two very small spaces remaining for that date. If you need to place your order for one of these dates we may only be able to fit in a smaller and/or simplified design of what you're looking to get, if at all.

All of our creations are bespoke and made to order. Sadly we do not have a stock of ready made bakes for 'walk ins'. We usually need a minimum of five days notice, confirmed payment and the availability to create any orders.

Please place your order via one of our preferred messaging platforms; Facebook messenger, Instagram direct message, email or through the contact form above. You can find all of these options at the top of this page. Please allow 48 hours for a response before resending your message - just in case we missed it! We work on a first come first serve basis and respond to messages from oldest to newest. Sending multiple messages or chasing us for a response within the 48 hour window is likely to greatly delay your personal response time.

Free collection is available all week between 11am - 6pm, excluding 3:15-4:15pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, at our premises in DA1. As this is a private home, not a bakery or shop, please do not turn up as and when you feel like it as you will be turned away. Details of our full address will be provided on your invoice with your order email along with our contact information, payment details and full T&Cs.

 

Please advise when placing your order if there is a specific time you require collection. If not, a time or small timeframe will be discussed and agreed on within 72 hours prior to your collection date. Local delivery is also available for a fee but depends on our schedule, please give as much notice as possible if you require this. A set time for delivery may not be optional due to a high volume of orders. The full delivery postcode will be required to calculate an exact cost for this service. Weddings and large events also incur set up costs.

The date you give when placing your order will be the collection / delivery date unless otherwise stated. Changing this at a later date will usually not be possible.
